Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with World Of Pets (worldofpetsodisha.in). We take product quality and animal safety seriously. Please read this policy to understand how returns, replacements and refunds work on our store.

Return Window

• 7 days from delivery for eligible items (see “Eligibility”).
• Raise a request by emailing info@worldofpetsodisha.in with order ID, photos and reason.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals/labels intact.
• Provide clear unboxing photos/videos if the package arrived damaged or short.
• We may arrange inspection or ask you to ship the item back.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or temperature-sensitive medicines, feed supplements, syrups, drops, injections.
• Items with tampered/removed batch number, MRP, or expiration stickers.
• Products purchased during clearance or marked “non-returnable”.
• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
• Personal-use items (e.g., grooming tools) once opened, unless defective on arrival.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the outer box, inner padding and product. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund as applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size/variant on eligible, sealed items. If the requested variant is unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

• After inspection/approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account (bank/UPI timelines may vary).

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we bear the pickup/shipping.
• For other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible; please raise a return request if eligible.
