• Orders are offers to purchase; acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation.
• Prices, stock and offers may change without notice; obvious errors may be corrected and orders cancelled/refunded.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store full card data.

3. Product Information & Usage

• Read labels and follow veterinarian guidance. For regulated items, a valid prescription may be required.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to logistics or local restrictions.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Prohibited Conduct
